We are a made in the USA company and pride ourselves on on our quality products and great customer service. If you visit our storefront you can meet with the owner and operator as he works onsite. We are a family run business and look forward to providing our customers with excellent service long into the future. We also support many local causes and community outreach programs.

We are a family oriented company and work to allow our employees to spend time with their families. We are not open on weekends or holidays. We can schedule weekend appointments for the convenience of our customers. Please contact us for more information regarding setting up a weekend or evening appointment. We will work with your schedule to find a time best suited for you to meet your needs.

We accept payment via check, credit card, or cash. We can provide a discount to marinas or wholesale customers, please let us know if you would like to sign up to be a wholesale customer. We would need your tax id and other information to set up your account in our system. We occasionally send our specials and coupon codes, so please be sure to provide an updated email address that you use regularly.

We do not bombard you with emails, and our emails can be unsubscribed from easily. You can add info@kadcousa.com to your email list to be sure that you receieve these important emails and any information regarding orders, delays, processing times, and payment information. We do not retain any credit card information in our system and our online payment portal is secure and provides you authenticated payment information.

We are located at 328 N Perry St in Johnstown NY and are a small business dedicated to our customers. We employee around 5 people and run our entire operation with a small, but dedicated staff of employees. We take orders via our online website or your may reach us via phone and place an order that way. Because of the unpredictable nature of the shipping business we take orders via a quote format first and then shop for the best shipping rates available.

Once we recieve a shipping quote for your order we will send you the information via email or over the phone where you can elect to proceed with payment. Setting up an account will allow you to see your open quotes and you can easily sign in and make a payment as soon as your quote is completed. The website will send you emails regarding your quote request, payment, and order status. As soon as your order is shipped we send you a copy of the paid invoice and the tracking information for your order (if available).
